Noma Security, a rapidly emerging leader in AI security, has raised $100 million in a Series B funding round to accelerate adoption of its AI and agent security platform, the company announced Wednesday.
The round was led by Evolution Equity Partners with continued backing from Ballistic Ventures and Glilot Capital. The fresh capital comes less than a year after Noma Security’s previous funding round and cements the company’s status as one of the fastest-growing firms in the AI security space.
Since emerging from stealth in November 2024, Noma Security has seen explosive demand, growing annual recurring revenue by more than 1,300% over the past year and securing dozens of enterprise customers across industries like financial services, life sciences, retail, and big tech.
“AI agent adoption is exploding within our customer base and CISOs understand that AI innovation must be thoughtfully deployed with full guardrails,” said Niv Braun, Noma Security’s CEO and co-founder.
“Noma Security is the only cybersecurity vendor to offer an end-to-end platform purpose-built to identify and mitigate the uniquely advanced risks of agentic AI. Alongside our customers and partners we built the most-comprehensive security and governance solution for both AI and agents. We're thrilled to partner with Evolution Equity Partners as we continue to lead the enterprise AI security category and help our customers deliver AI innovation with confidence.”
According to UBS Research, more than half of surveyed organizations plan to adopt agentic AI by 2026, with 83% expecting to adopt AI agents by 2028. That rapid timeline has created urgent demand for solutions to manage the security, governance, and compliance risks posed by AI.
Noma Security’s platform helps Fortune 500 and other AI-forward organizations identify millions of AI and AI agent risks, prioritize emerging threats, and mitigate vulnerabilities across cloud environments, code repositories, and AI development platforms. One customer, for example, processes hundreds of millions of AI prompts every month while scanning thousands of model artifacts and AI environments through Noma’s system.
Richard Seewald, founder and managing partner of Evolution Equity Partners, said his firm was drawn to Noma because of its vision and execution.
“We are intimately familiar with the AI security category and chose to invest in Noma Security based on two main factors. First, the Noma Security founding team had the foresight to build a comprehensive AI security and governance platform to address all CISO challenges related to AI security. Second, as evidenced by rapid customer growth, Noma Security quickly found product-market fit within the enterprise CISO's organization with a solution for agentic AI security and governance.”
The new funding will support product innovation, go-to-market expansion across North America and EMEA, and growth of Noma Security’s R&D hub in Tel Aviv.
Noma Security has been recognized by Gartner as a leader in AI trust, risk, and security management (AI TRiSM) and counts several Fortune 500 companies among its users. The company will showcase its platform at Black Hat USA 2025.
